2. They get an instant estimateThey mark the lot on a map, add a few phone photos, and see a price range in about a minute. We walk it free and send a firm quote they can accept from their phone.
3. You get paidThe job finishes, they pay, and 10% goes out to you within 30 days however you chose. You get a text at every step and a private page with every referral and your running total.

The rules, short version
10% of the final invoice on clearing jobs we complete and get paid for. Add-ons like a driveway or grading count. Estimates that don't book pay nothing.
First link wins. Whoever's link the customer opened first (within 90 days) gets the credit. If they call instead of clicking, text us their name the same day and we'll attach it.
No self-referrals. You can't refer your own property, your household, or a business you own — but we'll give you a straight 10% off instead, just ask.
Paid within 30 days of the customer paying in full, by the method you pick. Over $2,000 in a calendar year we need a W-9 and you'll get a 1099.
