These terms cover your use of rutherfordlandclearing.com, the online estimate tool, and text messages from Rutherford Land Clearing LLC ("Rutherford Land Clearing," "we," "us"). By using the site or requesting an estimate you agree to them.
Online estimates
The estimate tool produces a price range from the area you mark, the photos you upload, and the answers you give. It is an estimate, not an offer or a contract. Final pricing is set after a free on-site walk-through and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Forestry mulching grinds standing vegetation into a mulch layer and leaves the root mat in place; it does not remove stumps below grade, haul material, or grade soil unless separately quoted.
You are responsible for confirming that you own the property or have the owner's authority to have it cleared, and for identifying property lines, buried utilities, septic systems, and anything else you want protected. Parcel lines shown on the map come from public county records and are for reference only; they are not a survey.
SMS Terms
Rutherford Land Clearing offers a text message program for customers who request an estimate. By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Rutherford Land Clearing at that number about your estimate and job. Messages may include your price range, follow-ups about scheduling a free walk-through, appointment confirmations and reminders, progress updates and photos while work is under way, a completion notice, and a request for a review.
- Message frequency varies. A typical estimate results in fewer than ten messages in total.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number and other information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Customer job page
Each estimate comes with a private web link where you can see the job status, scheduled date, and photos. The link is not password protected; anyone you share it with can view it. Photos we take on your property are used for your job page and our records. We may use before-and-after photos in our own marketing without identifying you or your address unless you ask us not to.
Use of the site
You agree not to use the estimate tool for anything other than requesting an estimate for property you are responsible for, and not to submit misleading information, upload content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site. We may limit or block access that appears automated or abusive.
Limitation of liability
The website and estimate tool are provided as is. To the extent permitted by Tennessee law, Rutherford Land Clearing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on an online estimate. Our obligations for the work itself are set out in the written agreement we sign with you before work begins.
Governing law and changes
