For real estate agents · Rutherford County

Send us the overgrown lot. We'll send you 10% of the job.

You already know which listings need the fence line cleared and which buyers just closed on five acres of cedar. Give them your link, and we take it from there — free walk-through, firm quote, before-and-after photos — while you get a text at every step and a referral fee when the job is done.

Get my link Takes 30 seconds. No app, no portal, no forms after this one.

1. Your own linkrutherfordlandclearing.com/r/yourname. Text it, email it, print it on a card with a QR code (we make the cards). Anyone who opens it is tracked to you for 90 days.
2. Client gets an instant estimateThey mark the lot on a map, add a few phone photos, and see a price range in about a minute. We walk it free and send a firm quote they can accept from their phone.
3. You get paid, automaticallyWhen the job is complete, 10% of the invoice goes to your brokerage as a referral fee — or, if you'd rather, comes off your client's bill as a credit in your name. Your choice, per agent.

Why agents like it

You look good. Your client gets a private job page with schedule and photos as the work happens, and a review-worthy finish. It reads as "my agent has people."
Nothing to chase. You get a text when they request the estimate, when the quote is accepted, when it's scheduled, and when it's done — with the fee amount. A private dashboard shows every referral and your running total.
Listing prep, priced in a day. Send an address before it goes live and we'll give you a "listing prep" number — usually a half-day with the mulcher on frontage and fence lines — to quote the seller alongside staging.

Questions agents ask

Is a referral fee to my brokerage allowed?

Referral fees from a non-brokerage vendor are handled differently by every brokerage; some take them in, some prefer the client-credit option so nothing changes hands. Pick whichever your broker is comfortable with — that's why both exist. We're a land clearing contractor, not a settlement service, and the fee is never tied to the real estate transaction itself.

How do you know the client came from me?

Your link sets a 90-day tag on their phone and the estimate carries your name. If someone you sent calls us instead of clicking, text John their name and we'll attach it by hand.

What's the 10% of?

The final invoiced amount of the clearing job, including add-ons like a gravel driveway or grading. Not the estimate — the number they actually pay. You see it on your dashboard the day the job closes.

When does it pay?

Within 30 days of the customer paying in full, by Venmo, or a check to you or your brokerage — you pick. Credits are applied on the client's invoice at completion, with your name on the line. Full rules: referral-terms.
